Terms & Conditions

When placing your order with our dispatcher, please quote account number, company name and telephone number(s).

We require a minimum of one-hour notice to pick-up when reserving limousine, and 4-hour notice in the event of a cancellation. Generally we try to remain as flexible as possible regarding bookings and try our best to accommodate ASAP orders with cars in the vicinity.

A ” NO SHOW ” OR ” CANCELLATION ” full charge will apply if order is cancelled or no show 4-hour or less from the arranged pickup time.

Any 407 ETR charges will be billed to the account.

A 10 minutes grace period is provided on pick-up other than at the Airport. After the grace period, waiting time will be charged accordingly.

All Airport pick-up for incoming flights must be Pre-arranged through our office, to allow our dispatch to monitor the arrival time. Add $15 for Airport Pre-Arrange fee for ( Sedan & Van & SUV’s ), $28 for ( Stretches ). The passenger using the limousine, prior to arrival at Pearson International Airport must know procedures for airport pick-ups.
Our special meet and greet service is $50 per sign or per hour.

An automatic 20% gratuity will be applied to the account unless otherwise arranged through the office.

A 5% administration charge, with a minimum charge of $5.00 for invoice under $100.00, will be applied on every invoice.
Payments in full of all invoices are due upon receipt. Invoicing is done once a month at or near the beginning of the month.
If you have any difficulties at the Airport or the Commissioner has told you that there is no car registered under your name, it is your responsibility to call our dispatch office at (416)388-1911 at any time and we will assist you.

Full charge will apply.

The following terms and conditions apply to passengers booking with Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. incorporated in the province of  Ontario, Canada and therefore subject to Ontario provincial laws and Canadian federal laws where applicable.

Payment

We require a major credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.  The credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.  We accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Diners Club

For weddings and graduation bookings we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.  The balance will be charged 1 week prior to the service date.

Rates

All published rates are subject to change without notice.  Rates are confirmed once reservation has been made.

All prices are billed in local currency CAD dollars.

For all point to point reservations wait time will be charged in 15 min increments once the grace period of 15 mins has elapsed.

Cancellation and No Show Fees

Cancellation of sedans, SUVs, Vans, and limousines within 12 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge.

Cancellation of sedans, SUVs, Vans, and limousines within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a 50% charge.

Cancellation of minibus with less than 48 hours notice will result in a full charge.

A “no show” fee equal to the full fare will be charged when the passenger fails to show up at designated location.

Conditions of Transport

Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicles.

Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. will endeavor to ensure that all transfers arrive at the agreed upon time. Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under local law.  Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. cannot accept any liability whatsoever for accidents or injuries during any portion of any transfer. Customers’ property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.

Circumstances beyond the control of Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. may prevent the timely delivery of guests to their destinations. Anything beyond the control of Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. that interrupts or stops any transfer does not in any way result in any liability for Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:

  • Missed flights due to transportation delays
  • Accidents causing delays to the vehicle
  • Exceptional or severe weather conditions including snow or flood.
  • Accidents on the road
  • Vandalism and terrorism
  • Unforeseen traffic delays
  • Problems caused by other customers
  • Other circumstances affecting passenger safety
  • Bookings that have been made showing incorrect details of dates, flight times etc.
  • The list is not exhaustive

Damage or spills in vehicles will be charged for repair or clean up costs.

Skylink Limousine reserves the right to substitute for another vehicle providing it is the same or equal size.

Privacy

Rosedale Limousine Service Ltd. does not sell, rent, barter, or share your information with any outside organization.
